Jothis Menon is an Internationally certified Yoga and Martial arts ( Kalaripayattu) trainer with an experience of more than 23 years in imparting a holistic health fitness regime, he founded "Inner Delight" in 2017 with a mission to impact lives positively through Yoga, Yoga therapy, Kalaripayattu, Diet Consultation and Other energy healing techniques.
After a stint of 14 years with Multinational Companies like Reliance, Thomas Cook, Bajaj Allianz, Tata AIG and Max Bupa, he channelized his energies into his life mission of health through Yoga and other ancient forgotten martial arts techniques. In pursuit of the same, he pursued a Masters Degree in Yoga from the renowned Yoga Varsity, S Vyasa University, Bangalore, subsequently he completed his Yoga Teachers Training from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta, Neyyar Dam Trivandrum,which is considered as one of the world's finest yoga training center.
Besides Yoga and Kalaripayattu he holds Diploma in other alternative therapies like Accupressure, Sujok, Dorn therapy, Auricular and Varma therapies. Till date he has trained and impacted more than 10,000 people across the world. He has also helmed yoga therapy sessions for corporates like Reliance, Unit Trust of India, Franklin Templeton ,Tata's and other large conglomerates.
He is privileged to be invited for training to the top schools in India like the Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya (SKV) Gwalior, Kendriya Vidyalayas and other reputed schools and colleges. In the past he has successfully conducted training programmes for the Armed Forces of India viz. Indian Coast Guard, Indian Navy and other armed forces divisions.
His success story was recently covered in a Business Magazine "Success Kerala" and another Online Magazine "Dr Procare", His wife Soumya Mohandas who is an acclaimed Bharatnatyam Danseuse and a Nutritionist supports "Inner Delight" in pursuit of the holistic health care and fitness.
